Villa Žagar is a family vacation home owned by the Žagar family, and it is situated in Medulin , small touristic place - today a modern tourist resort. There are three apartments on the first floor, and it's for 2+2 persons. Every apartment has: one bedroom with a double bed, living room with kitchen and comfortable stretching sofa for 1 adult person or 2 childrens (we dont mind to sleep 2 adults). There is possibility of adding one extra bed. There is also nice bathroom and pretty terrace. The kitchen is fully equiped, including microwave, toster and coffee machine. Every apartment has ensured a parking place. In a courtyard there is a fire place with a barbecue and a table, suitable for nice evening meals. The apartment has Satellite TV, DVD player, and its air conditioned. In the anteroom is computer with Internet conection. The beach is only 250-300 meters from Villa Zagar. There is sandy, rocky and different kind of beaches.
Medulin is a town with 3000 citizens, and offers a dynamic and eventful vacation. Everything is focussed on tourism. There is a bank in town that works all year round, as well as ATMs, post office, doctors' offices, pharmacy, marketplaces, car wash, stores, souvenir shops, jewelry shops, hairdressers and galleries. A wide variety of entertainment is offered, ranging from discotheques open until morning to terraces with live music.
Medulin's unique sandy beach Bijeca, one kilometer long, attracts families with young children. There is also plenty of entertainment and fun until the early morning hours for the younger generation.
If you are seeking adventure, visit one of the many small islands of the Medulin archipelago - Ceja, Levan or Bodulaš. Or go fishing with the local fishermen or dive into the stillness of the underwater world. Perhaps you would like to see it all from above? Then choose a panoramic flight by sports plane. Don't miss the old windmills by the sea, archaeological site Vižule with remains of Roman villas or a walk to the Medulin pond with ducks. There is a wide selection and it's up to you to choose.

Medulin is located about 8 km from the center of Pula . Short distance to a large town such as Pula offers different kinds of entertainment possibilities. Pula is a town with 60.000 inhabitants, and more than three thousand years long history. In addition to its numerous cultural monuments (from Ancient Rome through Venice and Austria to the present times), during the summer Pula hosts a variety of events on a daily basis. With its surroundings, Pula has over 20 km of beaches waiting to be discovered, as well as many activities and events organized for tourists.
Villa Žagar is a convenient starting point from which to explore the whole of our region - Istria . In less than one hour by car, one can reach all Istrian coastal towns, such as Rovinj and Poreč (on the UNESCO list), as well as the historical towns in the inland part of the penninsula.
The Žagar family has been in the apartment rental business for about four years. Each year we try to improve the apartments to make our guests' stay nicer and more comfortable.
